Graders can dynamically refine a rubric during grading, with adjustments propagated to previously graded answers.

Gradescope also supports programming assignments with auto-grading, code similarity detection, and test input execution. Instructors can integrate Gradescope into a Learning Management System (LMS) and sync rosters, export grades, and manage authentication via single sign-on.
