Because our services are digital and work often begins shortly after an order is placed, please review this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. AI Tool Directory Listings

Our directory listing services include Basic, Standard, Premium, Featured, and custom listing packages.

  • If work has not yet commenced, customers may request a cancellation and refund by contacting our support team.
  • Once work has begun, including reviewing, preparing, optimizing, publishing, or promoting a listing, the service is considered to have commenced and is generally non-refundable.
  • Once a listing has been approved and published on AIFinderTools.com, it is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
  • If we reject a submission because it does not meet our editorial guidelines or Terms and Conditions, and no work has been delivered, we will issue a full refund.

2. Sponsored Reviews

Sponsored reviews require research, testing, writing, editing, and publication.

  • If cancelled before work has commenced, a refund may be issued.
  • Once research, testing, writing, or review preparation has begun, the service is considered in progress and is generally non-refundable.
  • Once a sponsored review has been published, the service has been fully delivered and no refund will be provided.

3. Advertising Services

Advertising services include homepage placements, category sponsorships, banner advertising, newsletter promotion, sponsored campaigns, and other promotional services.

  • If an advertising campaign is cancelled at least 48 hours before its scheduled launch and work has not commenced, a refund or account credit may be provided.
  • Once advertising space has been reserved, creative assets prepared, or the campaign has started, payments are generally non-refundable.

4. Custom Services

Custom marketing services, promotional campaigns, consulting, discounted quotations, and enterprise packages are individually priced.

Refund eligibility for custom services will depend on the stage of the project and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any work already completed or delivered is non-refundable.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments.
  • A technical error resulting in multiple charges.
