The Connect Generative AI layer lets organizations swap AI models (OpenAI, Azure, private LLMs) without rewriting workflow logic. The generative AI boosters extend standard Pega functionality—such as auto‑reply generation, meeting summaries, test data creation, and content generation—accelerating many repetitive tasks.

Pega also delivers conversational agents: GenAI powers chat, voice, and email summarization agents that tie into enterprise knowledge bases.
