SlidesAI is a specialized AI presentation generator that accelerates the process of creating polished slide decks from raw text, scripts, or topics. Rather than manually designing slides one by one, you simply input your content (or even a URL) and SlidesAI crafts the structure, content, and design elements automatically. This saves you significant time and effort compared to building from scratch.

The tool primarily integrates with Google Slides through an add-on that lives within your Slides environment. Once installed, you can invoke SlidesAI from the “Extensions” menu to generate a new slide deck based on your input.  For users of Microsoft PowerPoint, SlidesAI offers a PowerPoint add-in or supports export from Google Slides into PPTX format, enabling compatibility across platforms.

When you input your content, SlidesAI analyzes it, identifies key points, segments, and structure, and then generates slides with titles, bullet points, and supporting visuals. You can choose themes or adjust layout styles, refine the generated content, translate it, or ask for rewriting of problematic slides.  One interesting feature is generating a presentation from a website URL: SlidesAI can fetch content from that URL and use it as the basis for slides.

SlidesAI operates on a freemium model. The free tier allows limited usage (for example, 3 presentations per month with character limits). Higher paid tiers (Pro, Premium) unlock more presentations, higher character limits, document upload, and, in the future, video export support.
